The venue for the 2019 edition has been strategically chosen in order to facilitate a quality experience for the attending delegates and speakers by being in the center point of everything that is happening in Vilnius.

Vilnius is easily accessible by air from all major European cities. It takes never more than three hours to fly from many European cities and “hubs” including Barcelona, Paris, Copenhagen, London, Frankfurt, Warsaw or Amsterdam.

The Radisson Blu Royal Astorija Hotel showcases architecture that dates back to 1901 and lies in the heart of Vilnius Old Town. The hotel pampers guests with 5-star amenities and 126 comfortable, spacious rooms outfitted with individual climate control and free high-speed, wireless Internet access.

The hotel is located just 6 kilometers from Vilnius International Airport (VNO), less than 2 kilometers from the train station and an even shorter walk to the bus station. Visitors are within just a few kilometers of UNESCO World Heritage sites, shopping and dining. Radisson Blu Royal Astorija Hotel also has an on-site restaurant, Brasserie Astorija, which serves classic French cuisine and the Astorija Bar offers custom cocktails and afternoon tea.

You would not want to be anywhere else if you are attending the Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Summit this year!

Due to several inquiries and demand, we are opening up a limited amount of packages which will enable delegates to attend the conference and stay at the official hotel at a discounted rate.
