Jackpotjoy, a Gibralter-based gambling company, has appointed Andria Vidler, chief executive of Centaur Media, as a non-executive director.

Vidler will start his tenure from June 7 and also become a member of the firm’s Remuneration Committee.

“Jackpotjoy is an exciting business with great ambitions and I am delighted to be joining the board,” Vidler said.

“Following its listing last year, the company has continued to grow its international customer base and has strong ambitions for the future.”

Neil Goulden, executive chairman of Jackpotjoy, added: “We are delighted Andria has agreed to join the board; we are excited to be able to draw on her wealth of experience in developing businesses in the media and marketing space, particularly her strong track record of creating technology and digital solutions to engage with consumers and drive loyalty.”
