BETBY, the innovative sportsbook supplier, has celebrated its fifth anniversary with a charity auction with proceeds going to Common Ground, a community centre in Riga.

Prizes available to bid on included a speedboat trip with CCO Chris Nikolopoulos, a wine tasting experience with COO Eva Berkova and much more, with BETBY doubling the money raised to support the community centre in Riga.

BETBY’s relationship with Common Ground started earlier this year, as the supplier aimed to help the community centre integrate people into the local area and teach them a range of skills as they adapted to their new surroundings after being forced to leave their homes because of the war in Ukraine.

The day also saw all BETBY staff attend a series of online talks and meetings where the executive team, including CEO Leonid Pertsovskiy, took questions and outlined future plans for the brand.

In addition to this, staff who have been with the company throughout its five-year journey were awarded with a trophy, thanking them for their service and reinforcing BETBY’s ethos of putting people first.

Leonid Pertsovskiy, BETBY CEO, said: “Celebrating our five-year anniversary by giving back to our staff along with people in the wider community in Riga is a fitting way to mark this occasion.

“We take great pride in putting people first and without the talented and dedicated staff we have, we would not have seen our business go from strength-to-strength and be in the wonderful position we are today. I am very thankful to everybody who has joined us on our amazing adventure.”
