Responsible gambling solution provider Mindway AI adds strong commercial competencies to its Board of Directors.

Mindway AI – the award-winning Danish software company behind science-based solutions enhancing player protection in the gambling industry – adds Willem van Oort to their Board of Directors. Van Oort, an independent iGaming consultant and founder of several European iGaming communities, brings strong commercial competencies to the Board.

Mindway AI’s Board of Directors now consists of Mindway AI Founder and Professor Kim Mouridsen, Better Collective CFO Flemming Pedersen, former Director General at the Danish Gambling Authority Birgitte Sand, now Birgitte Sand & Associates, and its latest member, Willem van Oort.

Willem van Oort is an independent iGaming consultant and founder of B2B communities Gaming in Holland, Gaming in Spain, and Gaming in Germany. As the driving force behind the ‘Gaming in’ communities, Willem has been successful in connecting domestic and international operators, suppliers, and regulators. Willem van Oort is a member of IMGL, IAGA, and Jdigital Associations.  

After starting out as an affiliate in 2009 and developing some recognized review portals, I have moved deeper into journalism and media. My experience has lead me to move into the B2B sector and write about compliance updates and report around the happenings of the online and land based gaming sector.
