Floyd Barroga has become the vice-president, technical compliance, of BMM Testlabs.
Barroga will lead BMM’s North American Technical Compliance Division and also play a major role in government relations for the firm’s BMM North America arm.
Most recently, Barroga was gaming technology manager for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission in the US, where he established the Gaming Technology Laboratory, 24/7 Network Operations Center and Agile Methodologies/JIRA across the agency.
Earlier in his career, Barroga also headed up Regulatory and Gaming Compliance for Williams Interactive.
“I’ve admired BMM as a company for many years; they have established trusted relationships with the regulatory bodies, slot manufacturers and casino operators,” Barroga said.
“I’m eager to join such a respected team and look to maintain and further strengthen the connections BMM has built.”
