bwin will start the trial of Tokabot’s new virtual betting buddy just ahead of the FIFA World Cup Russia. WettBuddy is a chatbot service that provides unique interactive real-time and context sensitive content, including bet-informing match stats and trivia.
The chat-bot will launch this month in Germany and Austria in a trial phase before a wider roll-out, bwin said, and will be used to engage customers throughout the World Cup and beyond.
