Alex Czajkowski, a seasoned veteran of the igaming industry, has become the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) of the Phillippines-based RTG Asia.
Czajkowski has worked as CMO in Gala Interactive. He briefed the media on his appointment: “While European firm are knee deep in the frenzy of mergers and acquisitions, the Asian market for RNG games is booming. “Having worked, on and off, with Real Time Gaming for the last 14 years, I’m excited to join this new team, focused on increasing player lifetime values for the region’s operators. RTG Asia is more than just ‘more slots,’ it’s also new technologies for engaging, entertaining and monetizing players.”
“We’re pleased to have Alex join the team,” Charlotte Tang, RTG Asia’s CEO said. “He’s already worked his ‘power, passion and magic’ mantra for us in getting RTG Asia shortlisted for the EGR B2B Innovation in RNG Casino Software award. He’s leading the charge to re-position RTG Asia as more than just ‘more slots,’ bringing innovative, new player experiences to igaming operators that improve the players’ experience and drives real profit to their bottom line.”
A long-time player advocate, Czajkowski sees in the new RTG Engage technology solutions for the industry’s biggest problem: player churn.
“With RTG Engage, we can trigger real time comes to players based on their behavior,” he said. “Fast bust out? Here’s a rebate. Big win? Why not have a go at this game.”
RTG Asia is also bringing more slots, games specifically designed for the region. From a series of games based on Jackie Chan films to their innovative “4D Fish Attack” (a “first person shooter” where your mobile vibrates if the fish hits you before you get them) to the first-ever celebrity “web j” to be included in a game, these are the types of games that win new players over and keep existing players coming back.
RTG Asia is the Asian arm of Real Time Gaming, the 20 year old Real Time Gaming international online casino platform provider.
